WorkBolt is a platform which allows organisations that carry out work in the field to track, manage and streamline their daily operations.The web-based work management platform allows users to store jobs, contracts and documents, and set up forms. They can then view reports and information collected by operatives in the field.The mobile app is tailored specifically to field operatives, and offers the ability to view and capture a wide variety of data. The app works offline and synchronises with the server as soon as an internet connection can be made. Operatives can record job site visits, complete forms, access important documentation to help them to carry out their day to day tasks. The features of the platform include:- Job / Contract Management - Store data on your jobs and contracts through the management system - Filter jobs and contracts based on their status - Store plans, drawings or any other kind of document against - Operatives can then view this information in the field.- Document Management - Create a structured document library. - Track who has viewed each document and how long they read it for. - Documents can be assigned to users and users can sign to say that they confirm they have read them. - The complete version history of the document is stored, - Forms - Create unlimited bespoke forms from the management application. - Collect data from operatives in the field through the created forms.- Site Visits - Operatives working in the field can sign in to a job site, upload evidence of their work, and sign out of the job site when they leave.WorkBolt is completely customisable to your organisation.
